Food truck lifted by Link-Belt Hydraulic Truck Crane onto rooftop Pool at the Plaza in Las Vegas

As part of a multimillion-dollar renovation to the rooftop Pool at the Plaza Hotel, a food truck was hoisted into place Thursday night at the downtown hotel and casino. Atlas Crane, Inc. brought in a Link-Belt Hydraulic Truck Crane to handle the heavy lifting.

Plaza officials have described the outdoor space as “retro Palm Springs-meets classic downtown Las Vegas.”

An Extreme Manufacturing Telehandler assisted in rigging the 6-ton Palm Springs-themed food truck.
