One of the world’s largest land cranes has taken up residence in London. The ALE AL.SK190 crane, which features a 4,300 tonne capacity strand lift system, is 120 meters (393′) tall when fully erected.
The machine is being used by Keltbray to delicately remove dozens of portal beams over the District Line underground railway, and the West London Line beneath the former Earl’s Court exhibition center.
